WHO WE ARE
Bicycle Service for Riders Who Expect More
Dialed Cyclery was created for riders who demand consistent, detail-oriented service. Road, gravel, and mountain bikes require proper torque, accurate adjustments, and clean execution to ride their best. Every service whether a simple tune or a full overhaul is completed with a performance-first mindset so your bike comes back quiet, fast, and dependable.
My shop operates with a focus on meticulous workmanship, transparent communication, and repeatable results. You always know who is working on your bike, and every job follows a documented process so nothing is overlooked.
Why Riders Trust Dialed Cyclery
High-performance bicycles deserve high-performance service. We use correct tooling, precision torque, and methodical verification on every job. Every bike is treated with the same standards used in top-level race support: precise mechanical setup, attention to noise-free operation, and a thorough inspection process. Tools, torque wrenches, cleaners, and lubes are selected for each job, and service documentation is kept for returning riders so tuning remains consistent across visits.
No shortcuts, no guesswork.

Meet Your Technician

Mr. Burns
Owner & Lead Technician
I previously served as the service manager for one of the highest-volume bicycle shops in Boston, overseeing mechanics, complex builds, and high-throughput repair operations. I am a graduate of the United Bicycle Institute (UBI), with formal training in advanced mechanics, diagnostics, and modern component systems.
Outside of Dialed Cyclery, my full-time career is in cybersecurity. I hold a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Arizona State University. This background provides a methodical, process-driven approach to service: precise, documented, and reliability-focused. Every bike is inspected, tuned, and verified with the same standards applied in high-integrity technical environments.
My goal is to deliver consistent, high-precision service for road, gravel, and mountain bikes, supported by clear communication, accurate expectations, and professional execution every time.
