Includes everything in the Advanced Tune, plus:
• Complete drivetrain removal + deep clean
• Major wheel truing + spoke tension optimization
• Headset service (clean/grease)
• Bottom bracket inspection/service

• Full cockpit teardown + re-torque

FAQ

What is covered by a tune-up?
We offer three service tiers. Each includes drivetrain cleaning, shifting/braking adjustments, safety checks, and torque verification. Higher tiers include deeper component cleaning, wheel tension balancing, and brake bleeds. See the service chart above for full details.
Do you offer pickup and dropoff?
Yes. Concierge service is available within the Phoenix East Valley. We work around your schedule.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All service is by appointment only so we can provide consistent, uninterrupted work. Same-day and rush service may be available depending on the job.
Can you help diagnose weird noises or shifting issues?
Yes. Diagnostics are a core part of our service. If something creaks, pops, clicks, or rubs, we’ll track it down.
What if the service I need isn’t listed?
Just ask. We can handle most performance-bike work: custom projects, travel prep, event support, and specialty tasks. If it matters to your ride, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate it.
How long does the service take?
Turnaround depends on the bike and the service level. Pro Tune typically is completed by the next day, while more complex work or overhauls may require additional time. Rush service may be available, please just ask.
